My name is Mark Anderson Jr. I have been racing for a very long time. I started racing motocross at 4 years old and won 20+ races throughout the years. Likewise, I won the championship in Mini Quad Stock in 2019. I moved up to 300 in 2020 and had a great season. During the off season my Dad and I built a new race quad. After blowing it up at the opener, we sent the engine back out to be rebuilt. The first race back we won the overall! I started racing Bandos at the end of 2021; I ran around 5 races. We went to Inex Winter Nationals knowing that a big learning curve was coming, although we struggled there we learned a lot.
I was ready for the 2022 season where we planned to race Elko speedway for the points championship. At the opener the engine blew up, the next week back at Elko I got my first Bando feature win. Over the course of the season I won 5 more features; finishing off the season with 6 wins in my first full year in a Bando. I came back in points to second place, however while leading my right front spindle broke on championship night. This took me out of 1st place but finished strong in 2nd. In 2023, I moved up to a Legend Car for my rookie year. I was running for points and rookie of the year at both Elko Speedway and Dells Raceway Park. In the Dells, I got a feature win as a rookie in a Legend Car, and top 5 in points at both tracks. I got rookie of the year at both tracks, which was a goal at the start of the year. My other goals were to win a Feature and Fast Dash Win, and with the support of my crew we were able to accomplish all 3 goals!
