My name is Brayden Rutter and I am 15 years old. I am an Academic Honor student in my juniors year at Whiteland Community High School in Indiana. I have always loved racing ever since I was a little kid when I first watched the Disney movie Cars. If it had wheels, I wanted to know all about it. My dad raced Quarter Midgets as he was growing up, so the love for racing is in my roots and I want to make my dad proud. I got in a go-kart for the first time in 2021 at my home track, Whiteland Raceway Park. I instantly fell in love and have not stopped since. The following year, I ran Yamaha Jr and completed the season undefeated to win the 2022 Yamaha Jr Championship. This year I am running two karts/classes at Whiteland Raceway Park, the IAME KA 100 Jr and Briggs LO206 Jr classes. I am also running my KA Jr at New Castle Motorsports Park. I am mostly a club racer but have the desire to race regionally and nationally when the opportunity arises. I also enjoy bowling and was a member of our high school boys varsity team as a freshman last year and have participated in several state tournaments.
