My name is Blake Black, better known as The 813, out of Elko, Nevada. I’m 19 years old and run 813 Racing, a grassroots team currently operating two race cars, with a third in progress. I compete in the Compacts class, representing a small but driven program built on consistency, creativity, and culture. While I no longer operate a digital marketing business, content creation, branding, and social media strategy remain core skills I bring to the table. In 2024, my content reached nearly 10 million views, growing an audience of over 10,000 combined followers across platforms. That experience allows me to promote sponsors authentically and consistently throughout the season. I race with a you-only-live-once mindset, focused on enjoying the process and making the most of every opportunity. For me, racing isn’t only about trophies—it’s about the people, the pits, the late nights, and the community built along the way. 813 Racing exists to blend racing, culture, and community, creating a program that’s welcoming, expressive, and real. The goal is simple: show up, race hard, and build something bigger than results alone.
