Hi!
My name is Yuval Rosen. I'm a professional kart racer, currently leading the Kart Racing IL Championship, which is the main karting championship in Israel.
I started my journey when I was 6 years old - playing Gran Turismo on an old PlayStation 3. I kept racing in simulators and by the age of 15 I have entered the official FIA WTCR Esports Championship and the NGK Spark Plugs Esports Championship.
Perusing my dream of becoming a racing driver, I entered a local rental karting championship - and won it. I then went on to achieve 2nd place in the 2023 Israel Rotax Championship, on my first year driving 2 stroke karts!
While I am only a 17 year old high school student, I am also in the 2nd year of my bachelor's degree in computer science at the Tel Aviv University, and working a part time job at Infinidat - all to allow myself to race in the real world.
The funding of my karting career is done solely by myself - with no help from my parents nor sponsors, and while it is enough to keep me going conservatively in the national level, it isn't enough to get me going in the international level.
I recently qualified to be part of the Israeli team in the FIA Motorsport Games of 2024, participating in the Karting Endurance category (and I will also take part in the qualification for the Karting Senior category). The approximated total cost of participation in the Motorsport Games, including practice, travel, registration and more is a minimum of $10,000 - which is a price I will not be able to fund all by myself, and that's why I'm here.
Any help, from $1, to $100 or more - will be highly appreciated and will be directly invested towards my dream of competing and winning a medal in the FIA Motorsport Games of 2024.
I'm a professional Israeli racing driver. Thanks to my dad, motorsport has always been a huge part of my life. Ever since I was a kid I always enjoyed amateur karting and racing in simulators, and 3 years ago I finally got into kart races.
Last year I finished 2nd place in the National Rotax Senior Championship, and this year - I'm aiming to win it.
